Concentric Circle Trade Area

You can aggregate the statistical data required for marketing by drawing a trade area by specifying a radius from the analysis point (survey property, store, etc.) . The trade area can be finely set such that the primary trade area has a radius of 500 m, the secondary trade area has a radius of 1 km, and the tertiary trade area has a radius of 2 km.

Use Case:Understanding the volume of the trade area

By aggregating population and household data, you can see the trade area volume of candidate properties and candidate sites. For example, you can obtain statistics for deciding whether or not to open a store, such as “population” of “351,785” and “number of households” of “161,741” in the 2km trade area.

Use Case:Understanding competing stores

By displaying the data of competing stores in points, It is possible to keep track of information on competing stores within the same trading area. It is also possible to create your own data (MyLandmark) for competing stores.
